Lakeridge Apartments and Owen Apartments are pet friendly communities, allowing cats, as well as dogs 25 lbs and under. Please contact Lakeridge Apartments for more information on dog breed restrictions. There is a two pet maximum. A $250 deposit is required per pet, plus an additional $25 monthly rent per pet.

Each apartment at Lakeridge comes with two parking spaces, one covered and one uncovered. The property has additional, unassigned spaces for guest parking. Each apartment at Owen comes with at least one parking space and a garage.
